CRX Mobilux: drying and conveying all-in-one solution
CRX Mobilux redefines energy efficiency and flexibility standards in the plastics processing industry. A mobile and compact application designed to work next to the processing machines by integrating the material drying and conveying functions, optimizing the automation management and production spaces.
CRX Mobilux is built upon the Moretto’s XD 20 series dryers, equipped with a twin-tower drying system capable of producing constant dew points up to -75°C. The XD 20 Series modulates air flow to the hopper adapting automatically the process parameters to the material type and throughput. The anti-stress device guarantees a perfect drying avoiding over- or under-drying.
Management of CRX Mobilux is simple and intuitive thanks to the standard 7'' touch view control, which includes a library of 200 recipes making start-ups and use extremely simple. As option, Moisture Meter Control elevates this solution technology profile by in-line measuring of the residual polymer moisture content without the need of off-line sampling. The Moisture Meter guarantees real time control of the drying process to minimize waste, reduce energy consumption and eliminate human intervention.
Moretto’s mobile drying systems are ideal for diverse processing facilities, including technical and medical applications. Their versatility lies in compact and mobile cart configuration that easily goes wherever required all powered by a single electrical supply.
